Accessing the Admin Panel
To start creating a new subscription, first navigate to the admin panel of Wise Pub. Scroll down to the ‘subscriptions’ section. If this section is blank, you’ll need to create a new entry.
Creating a Subscription
Click on the ‘Create Subscription’ button and begin by naming your subscription. The system will automatically generate a slug for this subscription, which you can edit if necessary.
Adding Details
In the subscription creation form, you can add a description of the service provided. Attach any necessary documents that are normally managed on the admin side.
Setting Redirects and Access Limitations
You can set a redirect URL to filter access or direct users appropriately. For example, if creating an ‘Options 101’ service, you can specify a URL for an order form or a call to action for sales. Use the text fields to add promotional copy or instructions, such as “Interested in joining Options 101? Call our team or click here to learn more.”
Finalizing Your Subscription
Once all information is entered, click the ‘Create Subscription’ button. A subscription ID will be generated, which you’ll use later to manage access. You can toggle visibility of the content linked to this subscription as needed.
Managing Subscriptions
Back in the subscriptions list, you can view all subscriptions. Arrange them from the highest to lowest level of importance, which helps in targeting specific ads to users with certain subscriptions. Adjust the order by clicking the arrows next to each subscription.
Editing Subscriptions
If you need to make changes to any subscriptions, use the ‘view’ link to check details or the ‘edit’ link to return to the original creation screen where you can update ads or redirect links.
With these steps, you can efficiently manage and create subscriptions in Wise Pub’s admin panel, ensuring your services are accessible and properly promoted to your user base.
